Delete Your Brainiax Puzzles Account & Cloud Data

Brainiax Puzzles is developed by Brainiax Developers.

You can request deletion of your Brainiax Puzzles account and the Brainiax Puzzles cloud data associated with it either from inside the App or, if you no longer have access to the App, by using the external request method below.

Delete your account from the App

If you still have Brainiax Puzzles installed:

Open Brainiax Puzzles.
Open Profile.
Open the account-management area.
Select Delete account & cloud data.
Review the deletion information and confirm the request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the App

If you no longer have access to Brainiax Puzzles, request deletion by email:

Please use the subject:

Brainiax Puzzles Account Deletion Request

To help us identify the correct account, include whichever information you have available, such as:

the Google account email address you used to link or sign in to Brainiax Puzzles; or
your Brainiax Puzzles Player ID, if you have it available.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, advertising IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to identify the account, verify the request, or protect another user’s account from unauthorized deletion.

What Brainiax Puzzles deletes

When a valid account-deletion request is completed, Brainiax Puzzles deletes account-linked Brainiax Puzzles cloud data associated with that account, including where applicable:

the Firebase Authentication account;
private Brainiax Puzzles cloud profile and account metadata;
synced puzzle-completion metadata;
synced statistics;
Daily Challenge streak information;
Streak Saver information;
synced puzzle favourites and preferences;
Brainiax Puzzles Player identity records and an optional username reservation;
account-linked Daily and weekly leaderboard entries;
friend requests associated with the Brainiax Puzzles Player ID; and
friendship records associated with the Brainiax Puzzles Player ID.

Brainiax Puzzles’s cloud architecture is designed not to store puzzle boards, solutions, clue grids, active puzzle-board state, literal word-puzzle answers or paths, or raw move history.

Cloud cleanup may be performed asynchronously after a valid deletion request is accepted so Brainiax Puzzles can remove related private and public records safely. The authentication account may remain temporarily while the associated cleanup is being completed.

Data stored only on your device

Some Brainiax Puzzles gameplay data is stored locally on your device, including saved puzzle state and other local gameplay information.

Deleting your Brainiax Puzzles cloud account does not necessarily remove local App data that remains on a device. To remove local Brainiax Puzzles data from a device, you can clear the App’s storage through your device settings or uninstall the App, subject to your platform’s behavior.

Data that may be retained

Brainiax Puzzles may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of applicable terms.

Google/Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Analytics, Crashlytics, UMP, GitHub, or other service providers may also retain service-generated diagnostic, advertising, security, backup, consent, analytics, or technical information according to their own retention settings, terms, and applicable legal requirements.

Brainiax Puzzles does not keep account-linked Brainiax Puzzles cloud data merely to leave a deleted account inactive or frozen.

Processing time

We process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Some cloud cleanup, provider-side deletion, and backup expiration may not be instantaneous.
